About Vincy Yung
Vincy Yung is a licensed lawyer in the provinces of British Columbia and Ontario with a dedicated focus on estate law. She is passionate about helping clients with BC probate and wills, ensuring their affairs are managed smoothly and according to their wishes. On the solicitor side, Vincy provides personalized services including home visits, drafting wills, representation agreements, Powers of Attorney, and establishing family trusts. Her approach is client-centered, aiming to provide clarity and peace of mind during important life planning and transitional moments.
Vincy’s interest in estate law is driven by her commitment to supporting clients through often sensitive and significant decisions, helping to protect their legacy and provide security for their loved ones. During her studies, Vincy was an avid debater in the Asian Debate Club, where her team won first place at the University of British Columbia. She completed her LLB degree in the United Kingdom and continued her legal education at Osgoode Hall Law School. She was called to the bar in June 2024.
