Amy is a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and experienced Alberta Registered Paralegal with over a decade of experience dedicated to estate planning, estate and trust administration, probate, fiduciary services, and estate litigation support. Having successfully completed the internationally recognized STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates and attained the TEP designation, Amy has demonstrated advanced knowledge and practical expertise in trusts, succession planning, fiduciary administration, and wealth transfer.
